Do you have a small business idea or are currently working at home and running out of space? At MAKE Gosport we have a number of Business Incubator Bays available to rent to members.
You get approximately 6 square meters of personal space and as a member you get access to 450sqm of workshops, labs and studios filled with exciting tools and machines.
Emma from Purple Owl Makes (pictured below) has built a successful resin and custom creations business from the space and fitted her bay out with storage and workspace that suits her perfectly – and she can now use her dining room table at home to eat dinner!
Space rental starts from £100pcm for the benches (area) pictured below. No contracts or ties, rent it as long as you need. Please not you will need to be a member of MAKE Gosport in order to rent these spaces, membership starts from just £30pcm
